Marriott Fort Lauderdale North, is this a good hotel to stay in the day before cruie, how far is it from Fort lauderdale port, does hotel offer free shuttle?

It doesn't mention Port Everglades but the taxi fare would be similar.

 

 

Basically it is in the suburbs a long ways from the tourist areas (beach, Las Olas, airport, cruise port) of Fort Lauderdale.
