THX No, John Heald has stated that the Maitre D's aren't expected to return emails from customers as those emails should not have been made public. So you might get lucky and get one that will reply, and you might get one that won't. However, the requests are usually honored, but you won't know until you get onboard. However you can see by reading this page that several have not gotten replies but gotten there requests. Over the past couple of years, there have been many posts of people complaining about not getting replies from the maitre'ds. I was just informing the OP, that they might not get a reply.
