psbfan01 Posted June 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2015 I read on CC's "professional review" that to use the spa/thermal suites it is $40/person per day? Has anyone done this recently and can clarify? Is there a couple's special for the week or really just per person, per day fee? Seems pretty high
RuthC Posted June 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2015 The quoted price of $40 is only correct for one person purchasing for a single day. There are cruise-long prices that come to less on a per diem basis, even for a single. The cruise-long price for two people is less than double the solo price. Two people don't have to be a married couple, or even two people sharing the same cabin. Any two singles who want to get together to share the expense can get the "couple" rate. I don't have current figures on that rate, and it varies by length of cruise. Cruzin Terri Posted June 25, 2015 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2015 I just called about our 22-day Zuiderdam Mediterranean Cruise. For the whole cruise it is $659 for two and $399 for one. I was told that if there is a special on the first day of the cruise I should go with my voucher and they will credit my account with the difference in OBC. Hope this helps. PhoenixCruiser Posted June 25, 2015 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2015 We paid $249 for the week for two last week on the Westerdam. They were not selling daily passes. ###
dcsam Posted June 26, 2015 #5 Share Posted June 26, 2015 We just returned from a 2 week cruise aboard the Oosterdam. Two weeks, 2 people, $450. We only used it twice 😳. Live and learn.
