Zuiderdam - dry dock

I understand that the Zuiderdam went into dry dock in April and that additional cabins were added on deck 10. Does anyone know if updates were made to the existing cabins and to the public spaces?

Dry dock usually involves new carpeting in certain public areas and staterooms. This was the case on ZUDM's sister, NODM, in April, in Freeport, Bahamas

We got on the Zuiderdam right after it came out of dry dock in Palermo in April 2015. Most of the work was done on additional cabins added on the Observation deck right behind the Crows Nest. They replaced carpets in most of the public areas and put new chairs in the main dining rooms and some bars. We did not see any items changed in our cabin (an obstructed view cabin) but don't know if there were any cabins that got new items. The ship's hull got a new coat of paint and looked good.

Too busy enjoying the ship to take photos.;)

 

Our room had new drapes and carpets fitted.

MDR had new carpet and dining chairs.

Showroom was updated.

Shops renovated and now have a Tommy Bahama store.

Lido recarpeted and mostly new drapes.
