Upgrade after final payment and promos

I have a question. I've decided on the 10/4/15 Breakaway. I would like to book a haven suite but it is just out of my price range. If I go ahead and book a balcony or mini-suite and get the UBP promo with runs until 7/31-if I end up upgrading before sailing to a haven suite will I get the promo of all 4 perks-since I booked under the promotion but in a category that qualifies for only one perk? I know you can loose the prom if you up grade but wanted to know if I kept the prom would I get the 4 perks with the haven suite?

You'll keep the promo you have unless you cancel and re-book, then you will get the current promo at the time of re-booking.

Specifically, you would not get all 4 perks unless the promo was still running at the time you upgrade to a suite.
