My first Carnival experience, with the Ecstasy (June 29 - July 3)

Great review, thanks for taking the time! We will be on the same cruise in about a month & I'm in absolute planning addiction mode :p

 

Question, did you happen to keep copies of the fun times that you could post or email me? There are 3 young men going with us (19, 19 & 21) this is their first cruise & I'm trying to show them what to expect. TIA.

 

John Heald recently posted on his FB page that they are starting some programming/activities for the 18-20 yo crowd. Hopefully your guys will get some use out of that. Hope you have a great trip!

Good morning. I do have my Fun Times that I can email (or post) later this evening. But, I'm not sure that there's anything in there that caters to the older teens/young adults group. Those in our group of that age pretty much just made friends with the other cruisers their age and hung out with them while on the ship. At least your young men will be able to hang out in the nightclubs and/or casino (we had a couple of teens that weren't 18 yet and couldn't).

I really liked your review of your Ecstacy cruise! I'm also on the September 14 sailing, my first ever solo cruise. I could really feel your frustration and anger with the situation in Key West. It seems to have gone better in Cozumel.

I cant wait to see this ship and revisit Key West and Cozumel for the first time since 2009
