Caribbean in November.

Has anyone experienced the Caribbean cruise in November from New York. I think it is 13 days long. A nice long time on the ship but for a solo person rather expensive. Does the price ever come down on this one? Have you been on this particular cruise and if so what did you like best about it? I did a Caribbean cruise last year but not with Cunard and in 46 days am cruising to the Bahamas but next year intend going on the Queen Mary. Any, comments and advice would be most welcomed. Thanks !!

We have never done the November cruise on the QM2 to the Caribbean but we have done the Holiday sailing (Christmas/New Year's) in December. The first day you will not be able to be outside but by the 2nd day 100 or so hardy soles were outside wrapped up in towels. We love to get out of the cold weather and enjoy Christmas and New Year's not he ship, which is beautifully decorated. Love the spa and everything about the ship. The ports are very good, although we have been to all of them many times in the past. We also like to dress up in the evenings which we don't do at home. I do think that the prices will come down as the cruise gets closer and if it is not selling well.
