What ship is the lounge band "Music Degree" and others right now??

After tons of cruises and same ports of call... these guys, are arguably, the best for dancing and listening pleasure!

Music Unlimited was on Dream in early June. They were the best entertainers we have ever seen on a cruise ship.

Hey Al,

 

Just found out, unfortunately, that they are no longer with Carnival, as well as numerous other "Music Bands".:confused:

 

I would be interested to know if any have contracted with other cruiselines ??

Music Unlimited, with Ike on the drums, were the BEST band we have ever listen to. They were on the Miracle when we cruised to Hawaii 2 years ago.. All we can say is, AWSOME!!! Loved it when they did Thriller...

Sailed on Miracle 6 times and wife is from Philippines so got to know Music Unlimited quite well. Great band. In March we were on their last cruise under contract and they were bummed. Glad to hear carnival gave them a new contract.

You will find "Music Boardwalk" on Carnival Splendor until sometime in November....... Enjoy them while you can.. Mary49

Have any clue what band would be on the Sunshine next month?? We were on the Sunshine in February and the band wasn't from the Phillippines but they were really good. The lead singer was a girl, she and the guitar player were from Branson Missouri and we're getting married in May of this year. Is there a site that I might be able to find schedule?? Thanks in advance!!

The Sunshine most likely has Playlist Production. Normally you will not find the above bands .

They have a variety of entertainment and you could get some info on by checking the recent reviews. Have a great cruise!

Just off Sunshine last week. The group, a trio, was The In Crowd. Not an Asian group, but very good sound. Very enjoyable each night, sitting in the Ocean Plaza. They played different decades of music. :)

[Everyday's a Good Day]

Just got off the Triumph on Monday and Music Highlights was on there and they are crazy good! They were also on the Magic in May of 2014 but they have another member now and were even better this time! The lead guitarist could really jam and they were playing some old classic rock from the 70's where he could really show his talent.

Mike, Thanks for the band listing. I have listened to all of them except Music Alterr,Music Motion, & Hi-Lux. Really disappointed Music Degree has left the building:eek: They used to perform some great songs in the lounges and outside of the casino.Pink

Music Society was on the elation back in oct. and they were great!:) if you get a chance to see any of these bands, you will not be disappointed!:)

Love the Filipino bands we've heard on Carnival over the years..they are the best!

 

Does anyone remember Joel and Lorna...Play That Duo...we saw them on the Spirit many years ago and got two of their CD's...amazing talents and very nice people:):):)

Just off Liberty 2 weeks ago. Blood Power was playing every night by casino - they were more than outstanding! Had a crowd around them each and every night - had people up and dancing. Very talented, playing all kinds of artists and music. Their Beatles sets were great - I actually think I recognized this particular group from "Ticket to Ride" when we saw the show on another CCL ship.
