Behind the scenes tour - give away

We have been Platinum for awhile and have done the behind scenes tour a number of times. We will be on the Pearl for Alaska in August and will be getting another invitation i assume for the behind the scenes tour. We will be traveling with another couple. Do you think if I ask the latitudes desk if I could give our invitation to our guest they will be ok with it?

You might not get a tour of the Bridge on the Pearl, it will depend on who the Captain is and what he may or may not allow. The Pearl either has now or will be getting a new Captain soon.

 

The Pearl's Captain Gunner Hammerin is one of the two Captains for The Escape.

Earlier this year on the Star I was told no but last year on the Sun they did allow it. We just gave our pass this time to our friends and they signed in using our name and took the tour. Some may think that was wrong but it did not change the number of people on the tour, 2 for 2 and besides, it seems to be at the discretion of the CD's staff.

Can't say for sure but the certificate we got last year on BA said not transferable. BTW - watch when the tour is compared to your CC M&G if you are going as lately they have been held at the same, or overlapping, time on some NCL ships.

Our invitation said "non transferrable"...I suggest you contact the extension on the invite..and inquire. You never know!

I am disabled and must use a cane, and therefore can not take the tour. They said even with this, I could not give it to my husband who it silver.

Dw an I are platinum, I went down signed us both up, de did not want to go, so another in the party simply showed up with me, no issue. Dawn, June 2015
