Transatlantic activities

Going on the escape transatlantic this coming October. Wanted to know if there are different activities in the boat because it is at sea for so long, or do they just have the normal stuff. Deal no deal bingo newlywed game. Etc. I am just hoping it won't be too boring.

 

Also, what is the weather usually like? Is it usually too cold to swim?

There will be those activities as well as extra trivia and craft classes. You'll have fun, trans-atlantic cruises are just great for relaxing!

 

You'll be able to swim, you're not going to the Faeroe Islands. :D It will be warm because you'll be on the Southern route down to Florida.

Go join the Escape TA Roll Call. There are SOOOOO Many activities that have been organized by cruise critic members.

 

I'm a bit overwhelmed because there will be so much to do!

We were on the Star TA last Oct and there was plenty to do and a lot of it was organized thru the Roll Call. The ship had the trivia and stuff already mentioned but also cooking demos, art lectures and auctions, the juggler/comedian did a juggling seminar and much more. The CC Roll Call group did Meet and Great, gift exchange, cabin crawl and even a Murder Mystery event. It was a little chilly for swimming but the hot tubs got a lot of use.
