Ben and jerry suite freedom/cabana labadee

Recommended Posts

We emailed the CL about 2 weeks out... He immediately replied and then a week or so confirmed our reservation. Once on board, he had the tickets waiting for us.

We just got off e Freedom and Bertrand was a excellent concierge. We loved him. Only saw him a couple of times, but he was very accommodating. He drove us to the cabana from the pier and then he biggest asset of the cow room was him assisting us back thru when tendering back to the ship from Grand Cayman. That saved us a good hour at least. I had never seen a line so long in my life.

We used the gold card for eating at chops for breakfast too and for priority seating at the ice show.

Interesting how different ships handle it. On the Liberty, we were in the B&J Sweet and I emailed the concierge ahead of time and was told that early booking was only for suite guests. He contacted me once onboard and asked if I still wanted a cabana, but I had already booked through the excursions desk when we got onboard.
