Protein Shakes

A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, juice, and milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought onboard on embarkation day only in guests’ carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces each or less per person.

Premier Protein comes in cartons. They do have a screw on top, though. Anyone taken any on since the change in July?

Good luck. I had the sleeve 2.5 years ago. Best thing I ever did.

JGH1204, I'd love your thoughts, opinions and tips. I'm not even three weeks post-op yet, and am sailing on Allure of the Seas on November 27th. I've had no issues with most foods so far, and eat a lot of seafood. However, it will be very strange cruising without food being the central focus.
