Rome airport to Civitavechia

We land in Rome at 12.30pm what time would we expect to be on the ship? And, will lunch still be being served?

We have done this trip once when there had been an accident. We had to go cross country arriving at the ship as one of the last, no welcoming champagne at check in, party over type of feeling, everyone gone. Hopefully won't happen again.

I would say you will not be in Civitavecchia till at least 1400 hours at the earliest. Think lunch is served till 1500 hours but not sure.

Thank you, thought it might take a bit. When we sailed from Venice we had a lovely lunch on the back of the ship, all very leisurely, lovely experience, and a nice start to the cruise.

By the time you clear immigration and get your luggage I'd say you won't be at the ship till closer to 3PM. Assuming your flight lands on time.
