Agreed Glenndale. I've had no contact with Mr. Twynam. However, from past comments on here, Mr. Twynam is the Managing director of Azamara UK, and handles UK matters. With that said, it seems our UK friends are most fortunate to enjoy his expertise, as he's quite responsive, and has great feedback on here.
