Excursions in Port Canaveral

I know I found information on excursions outside of NCL somewhere here on CC, did not find much on Trip Advisor either. Looking for something like airboat ride, alligator feeding, something other than normal sightseeing or fishing for party of 11. Anyone point me in the right direction?
