We will be taking our first RC cruises and I had questions about dinner atire..does hubby need a suit? Or can he wear sports jacket, slacks, shirt and tie?

Do I need a dress, or are dress pants and blouse enough for formal night?

Suits and dresses are not required, even on formal night. A sports jacket and slacks is fine for him and even the tie is optional. You will fit right in wearing either a dress or nice pants and blouse. Enjoy...

Seeing your cruise list your question is a very valid one. Any jacket/tie/short is very acceptable and normal. My wife always wells dress pants because of an illness and definitely will never wear heals. As long as you are dressed for going out on a "nice date" you are fine.
