Hotel room in FLL for Six??

Hello All- We are sailing on the Jewel of the Seas Thanksgiving week. There are six of us (mom & dad, plus 4 kids). I currently have a reservation at the Sleep Inn, as they have rooms that will accomodate six. I tried to get a room at Embassy Suites, but they are booked. Any other suggestions for suite hotels, close to the pier?

Have you tried Amerisuites just off 17th around the corner from Embassy. The suites are smaller, but by chance they may have 2 double beds plus a sleep sofa. Give them a call or check out valuetrips.com for the best price. Call before you by to make sure they can accommodate 6. Amerisuites also offers airport and port transportation and continental breakfast which makes it an even better value for a family.

Definitely make sure they will sleep 6. I asked Embassy Suites if their rooms would sleep 6, and they said, no. Only up to 5 - fire regulations.

Marriott Beach Place has 2 bedroom suites. Not many amenities but you can certainly sleep 6

What is your price range? Try www.lagomar.com, they have a 2 bedroom suite and it's a great resort.
