Carnival Cruisers: Favorite MDR appetizer, entree, and dessert?

What has been your favorite main dish, appetizer and dessert among all carnival cruises?

Main dish: Lobster tail, App: shrimp cocktail, and Dessert: cream brûlée

Appetizer: Caesar salad or cream of broccoli soup

 

Main: brisket

 

Dessert: Bitter 'n Blanc

Main: Prime Rib (rare only, med and above is awful)

Dessert: Creme Brulee

App: Cream of Broccoli Soup or Spaghetti Carbonara (and of course the caesar salad)

Entree: Lobster tails

Dessert: Warm Melting Chocolate Cake

it's a toss up between apps and entrees because I like too many to choose but honestly my favorite dessert is grand mariner soufflé

Main Prime rib Rare only also

Dessert- None

Appetizer: Smoked duck with mandarin oranges

Entree: Chateaubriand

Dessert: Toss up between the Bitter and Blanc and the Creme Brulee

 

But there are sooo many other dishes that I really enjoy!

Main--Indian, yam cheddar pot pie

 

Dessert-- cheese plate

Entree: Tender Braised Beef Brisket in Gravy

Dessert: Warm fig, date & cinnamon cake

Entree: Chateaubriand

Dessert: Yes, everyone I have had! Warm Chocolate Melting Cake

Dessert: Caramelized Lemon Custard and Basil Ice Cream (an all time fav, gone, but not forgotten)
