Hard to figure out who will be next on Anthem without knowing when Dru will be going on vacation.

 

After doing 4 months on Indy, Jamie will be due for a 2 month break mid-January thru mid-March, so he likely won't be back on any ship until mid-March. Also, he is usually a regular CD (4 months on, 2 months off) and not a fill-in, although that can change.

Hi,

 

I was excited to find out my countryman is the CD for our next cruise on Serenade of the Seas! Last spring on our TA my wife and I were the only guests from Finland, but at least had one Finnish ice skater too. So as Finns are quite rare on these cruises, it's pretty cool that now the most visible person is Finnish :)

 

According to Topi's website topiylonen DOT com his current contract on Serenade is until 20/3/2017. How has your experience with him been?

Donna Marc walker posted on Facebook a Quantum class photos his words was dates will be released soon so my guess could it be Anthem?

He is part time though, so maybe he's going on the ship for a vacation over the holidays.

Could be, but his post sounds like more than that. Perhaps he is doing an extra coverage as a favor for RCI during a time when they are a bit shorthanded in the CD department. I can't imagine that he is moving from MJ to AN permanently.

My guess he going to Anthem because when Anthem does the Bahamas she stop at Port Canaveral so he has time to get off and visit his wife and Daughter

I agree, although I cruised twice with Dru and really liked him!

 

Once the dates are released, I might book a cruise on AN just to sail with Marc! :)

I've only been following him on his Facebook page since my October Majesty cruise, so I don't know him that well, but when is the next Quantum class do out? Maybe he is getting inside track on a ship in the near future. Isn't his home in Miami?

Good point! I hadn't considered the next Quantum class ship.

 

I believe his home is in an Orlando suburb, so PC is the closest homeport for him.
