Anthem Classic Dining Rotation - when do you know

We're on board now. We didn't have any indication on the planner what the rotation would be. We found out when we got to our state room last week.

We have Dynamic Dining per our TA, so I went online to my RCCL reservation and was able to pick the restaurant I wanted (we selected only complimentary ones) each nite and chose a dinner time from the available times open. I also have been reading on the Anthem Facebook page that for the Grande restaurant, for men - a jacket is required but ties are optional. That would be great for us because hubby hates ties. The menu on Grande looks great!
