What About Fortresses and Fjords on Nautica 2016?

My husband and I are thinking of booking this cruise. We haven't cruised recently and would love any feedback on Oceania's Nautica, the food, and anything else that might help us in making our decision to go with Oceania or to seek another line. Thank you.
