Up-sell email

I received an up-sell email yesterday for my 3 night Enchantment cruise that leaves 4 weeks from today. Wording in the email was vague so we called and were offered an upgrade to a balcony room D1 from an OV (I, I think) for $90 total. Funny thing was we booked through Costco but we're able to complete the upgrade by only talking to RCCL, just gave a cc over the phone for the price increase and received a new Costco invoice within minutes. As far as I know Costco travel wasn't even open yet as they are on the west coast and I called at 8am east coast time. This was our first time receiving such an emai. We are only platinum, so pleased about how it worked out.

Just thought I would share this info for others that may be curious, I know I was.
