Some say the hairdryers are too weak for thick/long hair. Also, you need to keep your finger continuously on the button for it to stay on.

The hairdryers are fine, but you will need to keep the button pushed in for it to work. It doesn't stay in by it self. However they might not let you take your own dryer with you, just as they don't let people bring irons.

My sisters' straightener was taken from her on Majesty. She got it back upon disembarkation. They told her "no flat irons allowed".

For short hair the ship's hairdryer was fine for me.

 

We were on Allure a few months ago and played BJ nightly, the minimum bet was $10 a hand. Don't recall the minimum for roulette, it could have been the same amount of $.

I think by table limits the poster is asking about the maximums. I think the max is $500. Often times they open up $6 tables.

Tell her to bring hers...the dryers get hot , but do NOT blow worth a damm! Any heated hair appliance is allowed. Some folks get confused about what a "flat iron" is...

 

Clothes irons are not allowed. Hair irons are.

I have very long hair and the hair dryers are fine for me.

Last year I learned from these boards was to tie an elastic around the on button worked for me!
