Upgrade Preferences advice

Recommended Posts

Yea - it is finally working on the website. Here is my concern - I am booked in a junior suite on Liberty of the Seas for October. We are on the hump right by the elevators - a great location. My question is this - what do they consider an upgrade? If they would upgrade us to a Grand Suite - a no brainer. If they consider a move of another junior suite to a higher deck - to me that is NOT an upgrade. I would rather stay where we booked. So here is the question - should I opt for possible upgrade or not. I would not wish to move to another junior suite.

I know there is only a slim chance of an upgrade, but now we are finally Diamond Plus and you never know. I would be interested to hear your opinion - thanks!

I don't believe that they would upgrade you to another JS. However, you can call C&A and ask them to set your preferences that you would like an upgrade, but want to be called first. I suspect this will reduce your chances for an upgrade, but that's how our preference is set.
