South Excursions

I have been looking at South Excursions their 2 nights, 3 day tour.

 

Has anyone taken this?

 

I like the fact they pick you up from the airport and sort out hotels and tours and finally transfer you to the ship. Hotels are 4* in Santiago and Vina del Mar.

We have used SouthExcursions on both of our cruises in South America.

 

They have excellent tour guides and the hotels are nice.

 

We also used them for several excursions from the Around the Horn cruise.

 

One thing that they did with us that I didn't care for was changing the hotel in Santiago on us. The hotel that we got was very nice, as good as the one we were to stay in, but not the same. Also, they didn't tell the tour guide on our last trip and she had to call HQ to determine where our hotel was. It was a bit unnerving. Still, the hotels were nice and the tours excellent.
