Pride of America- Pearl Harbor before embarkation

We haven't booked the 11 Day Cruisetour, so PH isn't pre-arranged for us before boarding the ship. However, we'd like to go that morning as an NCL excursion and have our luggage delivered to the ship is possible. I see that it's currently available after disembarkation, but our return flight is 3:30 that afternoon, so not an option for us. Does anyone know if the pre-cruise trip will become an option as our date gets closer? It would turn out to be the only excursion we book through NCL:D

Nm, I didn't see the "Early Bird Pearl Harbor" for folks who have flights after 2pm. I think I'll just book that as opposed to going the morning of embarkation. Has anyone done this one before?

Why not just go on your own? Simple- AHEAD of time, get your permits online. Cheap option is to just use the bus. Very doable in your timeframe- with an early start. Bus stops right in front of the Aloha Towers terminal. Can get the bus after you drop off your bags. I see people in line dropping bags- when I'm getting off the ship. Or take a cab round trip- should be cheaper than any of the "tours" for 2 people.

 

There are several tour operators as well, should have a pick up, near your hotel.
