Meeting a Cruise Group

So I am curious. We will be in Prague a week before the beginning of our Avalon cruise vacation. We are supposed to meet and check in at the hotel on the 26th of July. Since we aren't flying in or using any sort of Avalon arranged transfer do we just stroll over to the hotel and check in? Would there be an Avalon rep stationed there for the individual arrives? I imagine we will need to check out of our original accommodations around noon and check in at the IC won't be until 3.

It's just one of those things that popped into my head.

Your travel documents that you should receive several weeks before the trip will give you instructions. For our Paris to Normandy cruise in two weeks we were told that the crew director will be at the Avalon hotel from 8 AM until 3 Pm. Just need to check in with her and will be transported to the ship. No need to stay at the hotel.
