New DSC Removal Form

The person who posted that photo already admitted they made it up based on something they claimed to have seen on Facebook. They claimed that they had "spent years in school perfecting [their] document making skills" so naturally they were qualified to just make stuff up...

No, that's the actual document.

I have a copy of it (directly from the NCL front desk -- but I'm not sending mine in), and it's identical.

Does your form have a handwritten number as mentioned above?

My form has a printed number on top, and the Norwegian letterhead.

The letter here does NOT have a number or the letterhead, but is otherwise identical to what I got onboard, including the spacing, lines, font, etc.

Even though it says it will be processed within two weeks of receipt does not actually mean a refund will show on your credit card then. I have found that whenever I return something it can take up to 30 days before it actually does show on my credit card.

Either way, NCL is making interest on that DSC for up to at least 44 days. I also can't believe that it isn't costing NCL extra to do this refunding 'after the fact'. There has got to be extra paper work involved, maybe extra fees from CC company, cost of checks and stamps, etc.

So it would appear some ships are putting it on letterhead and some are not.

It's difficult to be sure from the photo as the whole page isn't shown, but it may also be that some ships are numbering and some are not.

Only time will tell how this all plays out!
