Upper level pool bar on Majesty of the Seas?

I have done some looking around and can't seem to confirm. I have come across things that say pool bar or mast bar on deck 12. But I have never seen a picture of this or been able to confirm. I don't recall Monarch having this and that was her sister ship.

 

Is it similar to the "Sky Bar" we see on other RCI ships such as Brilliance of the Seas?

 

I know Enchantment doesn't as I have been on her many times.

 

I am guessing if there is some kinda bar on the upper pool deck, its because they don't have a big 2nd bar on the pool deck like Oasis bar in Enchantment?

there is no upper level (Deck 12) bar on MJ. What you will find is a guy with an ice cart selling beer, soda, and some limited offerings of cocktails (ie Jack 'n Coke) but mostly just some beers and sodas.
