Is there a calendar somewhere that would show historically which weeks are busier on the Breakaway/passenger count?

Try this link. It gives an excellent idea of what ships will be in port and the estimated number of people.

That site can be useful for various purposes, but it assumes a constant passenger load for all ships. For example, 4000 for Breakaway for every cruise, whereas in reality some sailings have less, some sailings have more, and the OP was asking if there was a way to get the real numbers for the past few years. I think the only way is to hack into someone's computer at NCL.

Historically the ship doesn't matter. passenger counts are higher for all mass market ships the following times:

The week between Christmas and New Years

The week before and after Western Easter

There will be slight increases during the summer.

All other weeks the ships tend to sail full which means 2 people per cabin. Maximum capacity is about 110% of "full".

It does no good to look at web sites showing which ships are in port. Those are based on ships sailing full, not on actual passenger counts.
