RCI Website Issues Today?

I've been trying to price compare three different ships (3 cabins on each sailing) for several January and February sailings and after looking at one or two sailings I start getting error messages saying pricing isn't available and to call their reservation number.

 

I'm just gathering information for my extended family and don't want to talk to a live person yet.

 

We haven't cruised since January and I know their website is notoriously glitchy, but has anyone else been having problems?

I saw this thread and decided I'm just going to make a comment here and move on. For me, my problem is trying to get online booking information on the Harmony for Feb 2017. I've tried for days now to no avail. I put in a date range of Feb 4 to Feb 18 2017 and it always returns with 5 matching itineraries with a date range of Sep 17 2015 to Dec 31 2017. I know it USED to work because I used it a few months ago to book a cruise for a Oct 23 2016 cruise on the Harmony. I have had NO problem with any of the other ships and/or itineraries that I've looked up.

Yes, the Harmony section is very messed up right now.

That's been happening to me for months, ever since they updated the website. I have to try and remember to close the window and start all over instead of using the back button. If you clear your cookies when it happens you should be able to search again.
