April-in-NC Posted September 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2015 I've been trying to price compare three different ships (3 cabins on each sailing) for several January and February sailings and after looking at one or two sailings I start getting error messages saying pricing isn't available and to call their reservation number. I'm just gathering information for my extended family and don't want to talk to a live person yet. For me, my problem is trying to get online booking information on the Harmony for Feb 2017. I've tried for days now to no avail. I put in a date range of Feb 4 to Feb 18 2017 and it always returns with 5 matching itineraries with a date range of Sep 17 2015 to Dec 31 2017. I know it USED to work because I used it a few months ago to book a cruise for a Oct 23 2016 cruise on the Harmony. That's been happening to me for months, ever since they updated the website. I have to try and remember to close the window and start all over instead of using the back button.
