Brilliance of the Seas lounge chairs

My DH and I are looking at a carribean cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas. We have never cruised with Royal Carribean previously, only Celebrity and HAL. We are from the great white north and like to maximize our outdoor time on our cruise. We are booking an oceanview stateroom. Are there many lounge chairs available and where (not by the pool) to sit and read and book and enjoy the sunshine. It is difficult to determine this just looking at the deck plans. Thank you.

Deck 12, right above the pool deck, should have some lounge chairs.

There are loungers EVERYWHERE on the pool deck and above. The decks above the actual pool are less crammed together, and it's quieter.
