joeyancho Posted September 30, 2015 Author #26 Share Posted September 30, 2015 How about Tommy's? The original shack on Rampart is an institution. We don't have White Castle :(. There is a White Castle in las Vegas. Tommys is good, love that chili.
KroozNut Posted October 23, 2015 #27 Share Posted October 23, 2015 I so agree about liking Guy's better and a lot more juicy, then the ships burger. The Blue Iguana isn't a big hit to me.....living in New Mexico our Mexican food is much better then the ships. We cruise in November and really looking forward to cruising on the Miracle for the first time. By "juicy" do you really mean greasy? there is a difference you know. I have to say that New Mexico 'Mexican Food' (i.e., 'Tex Mex') can't hold a candle to the authentic Mexican food we get all the time on the Mexican border here in San Diego.... awesome! We're cruising Nov 2016, so we share your excitement. We've cruised the Miracle before....awesome ship!
KroozNut Posted October 23, 2015 #28 Share Posted October 23, 2015 In and out is terrific. White Castle is my favorite. White Castle is awesome!
KroozNut Posted October 23, 2015 #29 Share Posted October 23, 2015 It has to be a location thing, because will not eat an In-N-Out burger Why not?
Lisah101 Posted October 23, 2015 #30 Share Posted October 23, 2015 We are cruising on the Miracle in 10 days and I already have a webpage set up to do a photo review. I'll try to take lots of pictures to share including the menus and fun times. Its my thing - taking pictures of everything and I'm learning webdesign so it just seemed a good idea. CAnative1 Posted October 23, 2015 #31 Share Posted October 23, 2015 Since other people were throwing burger joints in, i will say Slaters 50/50. half ground beef, half ground bacon make up the patty.... On ships, I do prefer the Guy burgers
joeyancho Posted October 23, 2015 Author #32 Share Posted October 23, 2015 White Castle is awesome! I agree. I don't know if you are aware but there is now a White Castle in las vegas. In the Holiday casino. It is exactly the same. Seems to be a big hit as the lines are always long.

vwrestler171 Posted October 23, 2015 #34 Share Posted October 23, 2015 How about Tommy's? The original shack on Rampart is an institution. We don't have White Castle :(. Never heard of Tommy's, so I can't comment on them Why not? I've tried In-N-Out a cpl times since they came to Utah and each time, I have been disappointed. KroozNut Posted October 23, 2015 #35 Share Posted October 23, 2015 I've tried In-N-Out a cpl times since they came to Utah and each time, I have been disappointed. Fair enough... we all have our favorites when it comes to food, especially comfort food like burgers, pizza, etc, Can you imagine what the thread would look like if we asked something like 'which ship has the best pizza'?
berrieh Posted October 23, 2015 #36 Share Posted October 23, 2015 I don't understand why they put the Miracle through drydock/updgrades and didn't give her a Guy's or Blue Iguana. Does anyone know the rationale for that? In the long view, she's going to China where those upgrades would be basically wasted. So could be that. john91498 Posted October 23, 2015 #37 Share Posted October 23, 2015 Miracle also did not get Water Works like the smaller Imagination/Inspiration. We wanted to try the Miracle, but no Water Works is not going to work as my 2 young children loved the park on the Imagination.
