How to get to train station at Civitavecchia Port

What is the best wat to get to the train once off of the ship in

Civitavecchia? I read that taxi drivers didn't want to take people on such a short ride, it said approx 1 mile. Is this correct?

There is a free shuttle, run by the port of Civitavecchia, that will take you to a drop-off point that is about 9/10 of a mile from the train station. You can either walk there, along the seafront, or you can get on another bus (which picks up passengers at the same place the shuttle drops you) that will take you to the train station for 80 euro cents per person.
