Just off the BA. Most times DH had a Bud Platinum and I had a mixed drink. With grad each bill was around 22. :)

 

Our most expensive single drink on the Sky was $10.95 / $12.92 with gratuity for a martini.

Dos XX draft was $5.95 / $7.02 with gratuity.

 

So that would be $16.90 / $19.94 with gratuity on the high end for a beer and cocktail.

 

 

Grey Goose and tonic was $8.75 / $10.33 with gratuity.

 

So that would be $14.70 / $17.35 for a beer and a mixed cocktail with gratuity.

 

So if your bill with grats was $22, a beer and mixed drink base price has gone from approxmiately 14.70-16.90 to 18.65 before gratuity.

 

So drink prices a la carte, from this small sample, increased on BA versus Sky in the range of 10% to 27% on price. Roughly. Not had a full cup of coffee yet today.

I don't think they are charging different prices on different ships, and certainly not 20-30% more across the board. The only way to know is to get the full menus from both ships, or at least a list of a few specific drinks with exact prices on BA (as you did for the Sky).

 

We don't know what mixed drink(s) janetz was referring to, and we don't know if they wrote in an additional tip.

So sorry. Looking at some slips, for the Bud Platinum and a Miami Vice, 17.05

including a 2.60 grad.

Bloody Mary and Mimosa, 18.59

Two Bloodys, 19.47

 

 

It must have been the two Martini's for the higher pricing.

We had the UBP so I only kept a few slips.
