MaiTaiMary Posted October 5, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2015 Do we know when more dates past April 2017 are going to be available?
trvlgirlmq Posted October 5, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 5, 2015 I believe it will just be on the regular cycle of their schedule. May 2017 - April 2018 should start being released for the fleet in Spring 2016 (usually March/April).
steph7021 Posted October 6, 2015 #3 Share Posted October 6, 2015 Holding out hope for it to be earlier than that. Noticed the Mobile dates are released through Nov. 2017. My PVP keeps telling me it will be earlier...I'm not a fan that carnival allows 2 years in advance for reserving Spring break cruises but only a little over a year for summer cruises! ilovetotravel1977 Posted January 13, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I am new to CCL and unaware of their cancellation / price reduction policies. If I want to put a deposit down for April 2018 but I'm not sure if we will need to cancel, should I use the Fun Select price and NOT the Early Saver in order to get my deposit back without penalties? I have also seen a "Canadian Cruiser" rate, which matches the Early Saver. Would that rate also fall under the "no penalty" cancellation rate? Thanks! With the Canadian resident rate, you can cancel with no penalty up until final payment. You can also price match until final payment. Isn't the exchange rate a killer! Just brutal... BaseballMomof4 Posted January 13, 2016 #11 Share Posted January 13, 2016 Yep! How much is a regular deposit and is it per person or per cabin? It's per person and depends on the length of the itinerary.
ilovetotravel1977 Posted January 13, 2016 #12 Share Posted January 13, 2016 It's per person and depends on the length of the itinerary. Hmmm, I think I will wait until a $50 deposit promo comes around again. Already going on NCL Escape in April and that final payment is coming up this month. So many cruises, so little money. ptcruzers Posted January 17, 2016 #14 Share Posted January 17, 2016 I booked a cruise on the Carnival Vista for 4.29.2018 on Christmas Day with my TA. It was a Havana Cabana stateroom on Deck 5- so happy to be able to do this even though a little earlier than usual.
