Post Cruise Survey

I have always received an email survey for each cruise except our most recent one in April. We normally cruise in a full suite but were in a JS that time. I don't know whether that made any difference or not.

 

Shouldn't. As of now we've Cruised in Inside and Ocean View and always receive the online survey.

I would be curious about the participation level also, because my experience is that the web based form is much easier for me to use than the manual form was.

 

Too many times I would fill it out and forget to drop it in the box. I like the email version better.

I just got a post cruise survey four months to the day after we arrived back. It was a little pointless being so late - maybe they just realised that cruise was a complete disaster.

I'd be surprised if you could even fill out the survey. I think they time out after a week or so.

They have had a cruise survey on the interactive tv on O class that you can take before getting off, might be on other ships also.

I was surprised to see this thread surface again. I got around the issue by using a different email address during online check in. I have received a survey for each cruise since changing the email address.
