Does NCL provide shuttles in Cartagena Colombia?

Does anyone know if NCL provide shuttles paid or otherwise from the port to the old walled city?

We've been there a couple of times. I haven't seen any shuttles to the walled city. Usually share a taxi.

Been there twice in the last year. No shuttles. Taxis are your best bet. Go outside the gated area for the best deal. Lots of taxi drivers will compete for your business.

There was a hop on - hop off bus that went past the old walled city, but be warned, we chose this as it was billed by NCL as 90 minutes and turned out to be over three hours+!

We went past the old walled city at least three times on one circuit!

We were there earlier this year and I discovered a way of getting rid of the sellers of trinkets.

 

Haggle with them over something and then agree a price. I had agreed on USD5 for a card of Colombian coins. I pulled out of my pocket five USD1 coins. I have never seen sellers disappear so quickly; we were not bothered again while there.
