Unable to see excursions and activities on iPad

I went to my ncl today to continue researching shore excursions for our European cruise in May 2016. They have disappeared on my iPad but still there on my desktop.

 

I phoned the NCL technical support line and they said it is hit and miss with the iPad. Not everything is compatible. I just find it strange that yesterday I could see excursions offered and today cannot.:confused:

 

Anyone else having this issue and more importantly how did you fix it?

 

Honestly not that huge a deal, but it is nice when I am at work on a break to be able to be doing research on an upcoming vacation!

NCLs website is very poorly optimized. It's very resource hungry to begin with, and frequently doesn't play nice with anything other than Internet Explorer and Safari (even then, it's still a resource hog to the point of getting timeout errors). It's even worse on mobile devices.
