Radisson Port Canaveral/Wine Soda Purchase

Any recommendations for purchasing wine and soda for someone staying at the Radisson in Port Canaveral and not having a car? I see there is a Racetrac within walking distance and I'm assuming they will have 12 packs of soda but I'm not sure about wine. It doesn't look like there is a Walgreens or grocery store within walking distance.

Thank you. I am now thinking a taxi to Publix might be the best bet. I am a sort of hands on touchy feely person! :D
