Have just returned from a cruise on the reflection and was able to get cash at the casino cage with a 5% service fee. Did not have to play the money, just walked away with the cash. No need to worry how to use your OBC.

Thank you very much for the up to date info, could you check your credit card to make sure X did not put through any charges on your card, because other threads had indicated that X started to enforce the rules that non-refundable OBC would not cover any casino withdrawals. Thanks!

Am I the only one who never has any problems spending OBC?

 

If we get near the end of the cruise and there is some left there is perfume, handbags, watches.....and all those other things you didn't even know you wanted!

Well there may only be 4 of us :D all 3 perks and we still had a $33 balance to cover last year.

We have not seen any of these threads. We will have over $1,000 OBC on our next cruise and had planned on cashing out whatever balance we had at the end of the cruise
