Illusionarium Alternative Menus?

Anyone know what the "Veggie" option usually is for Illusionarium? I'm happy to have the salad and desserts, but I don't eat seafood or steak. I can always just see the show and not eat, but was curious...

You can pretty much order whatever you want. For example when I did the Cirque show on board the epic, I told the waiter I'd rather have a burger and fries and he brought it to me.
