Is there one in Belize City? If so,where do you pick it up?

I don't know of one. Not much to hop off to. The church and old Governors Mansion/museum are less than a mile from the port and across the street from each other. The Belize Museum is about the same distance but on the port side of the swing bridge. There's a farmers market that you can take a taxi to but probably still not tourist oriented. The flea market across from the port is a better bet. Outside the port gates, you can hire a wagon/carriage tour. But unless you dawdle at stops, it'll take you less than an hour to hit the places I mentioned and maybe one or two others.
