divinc Posted April 20, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2004 Can the balcony on the Star accommadate four chairs? I assume that only two are standard. Will the the cabin steward take care of obtaining an additional two if requested. We have a BC balcony cabin and an inside cabin directly across the hall for our family of four. We are on the Star June 21 Venice to Barcelona.
Rare geoherb Posted April 20, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2004 Four chairs would be a little crowded. We had three on our Aloha balcony. One appeared from the balcony next door when they got a chaise longue.
BJS Posted April 20, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2004 The Dawn has straight back chairs, not reclining, which are smaller but we asked the room stewardess for 2 additional and she obtained them for us. It was crowed with the large table and a foot stool but 4 of us were able to sit - not walk around - and enjoy the ocean. This was on a small BC balcony. JanC Posted April 20, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 20, 2004 We were on the Caribe deck on the Star, BA cat. and we had four chairs and a small table. Plenty of room. If you are on the Caribe deck, it has a much larger balcony than the other decks. WooHoo, cruisin' again in May 2004!
