Disembarking 14 day cruise??

The Glory just left yesterday on a 2 week cruise. There were so many provisions it took a few extra hours to load.

Does it take longer cruises longer to disembark, in general?

I ask bc we are the cruise immediately following her 2 weeker, and our flight lands at 9:30, so we plan to head to port asap and hopefully take advantage of our FTTF. Of course we'll be prepared to wait- wondering if we need to prepare more than usual?

TIA!

They will be debarking the same number of passengers as a 7 day cruise. Customs, etc. would be no different. They would be loading more provisions, although sometimes there are arrangements to stock things in different ports. EM

Our 15 day HI cruise loaded more provisions in Honolulu. This cruise was RT Long Beach. CBP took just as long as any other RT cruise we've taken out of Long Beach.

We sailed on the first cruise of the Imagination in Long Beach. The previous cruise was thru the canal. Boarding was delayed an hour or so. No idea why, could have been Coast Guard, Food Safety, CBP for crew. Or even Long Beach giving the Imagination it's plaque.

For us overall disembarkation took the same amount of time, but 1/3 of the ship were Diamond and Platinum so it took almost 90 minutes to get through them. We waited with friends who were not priority and got off with them. It was much easier for us than if we had tried to go out with zone 1. It was easy to find our bags in the terminal too! :D
