Allure - Main Dining Room MDR for lunch?

I read somewhere that it is recommended to go to the MDR for lunch (instead of the buffets)when it is offered.

 

How do you find out when lunch in the Main Dining Room is offered? I can't seem to find any further information on that.

It has been a few years since I was on Allure. The Park Cafe was a great lunch spot. If memory serves, custom salads and deli sandwiches.

It is usually only open on sea days. It will be listed on the Compass what the hours are if it is open that day for lunch. I love going to the MDR for lunch myself. Menu varies but I always find something I like. You can also have breakfast there as well. :)
