Uniworld's River Tosca question

We just deposited for the Egypt itinerary in January 2017. Questions for anyone who has sailed on the Tosca: is there any downside to the two Category 2 suites at the stern on the deck below the sun deck? Any odor of exhaust from the engines? Is there a stairway at the stern to the top deck?

Sorry, can't comment on deck 3 aft, since we were deck 2 forward. But I'm almost positive there is only one stairway to the sundeck. But it's quite a small ship, you know, so you won't have far to go.
