First let me say that I had booked a Grand Suite and loved the cabin! Included with the suite perks is breakfast in Giovanni's. We only tried this once and were so turned off, never went back. First I asked for soy milk and the waiter indicated they didn't have any at that venue and someone would have to go get it. It would take several minutes. Okay, I had no problem with waiting. We then got a cup of coffee and ordered our breakfast. Breakfast came and it was just okay, but was never offered a coffee refill and never did get the soy milk. Okay, I'm done now.
