I just want to vent on an incident on the Grandeur that I found annoying.

 

First let me say that I had booked a Grand Suite and loved the cabin! Included with the suite perks is breakfast in Giovanni's. We only tried this once and were so turned off, never went back. First I asked for soy milk and the waiter indicated they didn't have any at that venue and someone would have to go get it. It would take several minutes. Okay, I had no problem with waiting. We then got a cup of coffee and ordered our breakfast. Breakfast came and it was just okay, but was never offered a coffee refill and never did get the soy milk.

Did you remind the waiter you were still waiting for soy milk when they delivered your breakfasts? He obviously forgot to get it for you.

I have to agree our last cruise was on the grandeur and I didn't think much of it . Never felt that the crew cared very much for some reason even told royal but they never got back to me on it.
